Recorded activities
Aadhya may photograph or record designated classes, rehearsals, performances or promotional activities. When media participation is required as part of a specific program, this will be disclosed during registration.
No payment for promotional use
Unless Aadhya agrees otherwise in writing, participants do not receive compensation for authorized promotional use of academy media.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for a minor. The academy may request confirmation of the consenting adult's relationship to the participant.
Questions or withdrawal requests
For future discretionary promotional use, requests can be sent to info@aadhyadanceacademy.com. Aadhya cannot guarantee removal from media already lawfully published, distributed or incorporated into completed materials before the request is received.
